Our Services

Are you or do you know someone with a serious or terminal illness? As the founders of Touch of Hope we know firsthand that the love and encouragement of others can make all the difference, and that simple communication tools can remove a lot of stress from the care process. Requesting a site is quick and simple, and Touch of Hope is designed so that managing a site is easy and requires nothing more than access to a web browser.

Web Sites & Email Accounts

Touch of Hope's primary services are to provide web sites and/or email accounts to individuals or the families of individuals with a serious or terminal illness. Web sites are provided both as a communication tool and as a channel for support from family and friends. Email accounts are provided as a communication tool for individuals who would like to communicate via email, but either don't have an email account of their own, or prefer to keep their personal email address private. There is never any charge for our services.

Public, Private, and Secured Sites

A web site at Touch of Hope may either be public, private, or secured. Public sites are published in our Touch a Life directory and are viewable by all visitors. Private sites are identical to a public sites except they are not listed in the directory. Secured sites are private sites that require usernames and passwords to gain access.

Requesting Services

To request a web site, an email account, or both, send an email to siterequest@touchofhope.org with as much information as possible. We'll get back to you promptly about completing the setup process.
